24/7 E-Challan Helpline Launched By Sindh Police - Carr.pk

Ghulam Nabi Memon, Inspector General of Police (IGP) Sindh, inaugurated the ‘1915’ helpline and the SSP Traffic South Complex on 28th December, 2025.

IGP Sindh inaugurated the fully digital Traffic Helpline 1915 at both the Central Police Office in Karachi and the SSP Traffic South Office at Artillery Maidan. Officials say this line will help citizens quickly obtain information on electronic challans and other traffic‑related services without in‑person visits.

According to senior DIG Traffic Karachi Peer Muhammad Shah, the helpline transforms traditional traffic information access by centralising digital support, reinforcing better communication between the public and enforcement authorities.

The helpline will operate 24 hours a day, reflecting Sindh Police’s push to enhance traffic discipline, citizen convenience, and public service delivery across Karachi and other major districts. Officials also noted the launch coincides with wider updates under the new automated e‑challan framework, which uses camera‑based monitoring tools to issue fines digitally.

Motorists can still check and manage digital challans through the official Sindh e‑challan portal (such as the Sindh Police e‑challan system) using vehicle registration or CNIC, with online payment options available via banking and mobile money services.
