Chery Launches Locally Assembled Tiggo 9 PHEV in Pakistan
Chery has officially unveiled the Tiggo 9 Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) in Pakistan. The new flagship 7-seat SUV has been locally assembled (CKD) and introduced alongside the Tiggo 8 PHEV. The Tiggo 9 PHEV enters Pakistan’s SUV market as a premium hybrid option with strong performance, long electric driving range, and advanced comfort features.

Hybrid Powertrain and Performance
The Tiggo 9 PHEV features a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine paired with a triple-motor hybrid system.
The combined hybrid setup is rated globally at up to ~610 hp and 920 Nm, depending on drive mode and power distribution.

Chery has not yet announced the official pricing for the Tiggo 9 PHEV in Pakistan.
However, since it is locally assembled, its pricing is expected to be positioned to compete with hybrid & premium SUVs currently offered in Pakistan.
