Chery Tiggo 9 PHEV Launching Tonight
Chery Pakistan is scheduled to officially launch its locally assembled flagship SUV, the Tiggo 9 Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV), later tonight, February 13, at 9:00 PM.
This launch marks the next major step for Master Group, which owns and manages the Chery, Changan, and Deepal brands in Pakistan.
The group first unveiled its ambitious Chery PHEV strategy at the PAPS Auto Show in November 2025, where it showcased the complete Tiggo 7, 8, and 9 PHEV lineup to the public.
Later on, in mid-January, the company launched its first locally assembled mid-size SUV, the Tiggo 8 PHEV. The vehicle was introduced at an initial price of Rs. 1.09 crore, which was subsequently increased by Rs. 300,000 in early February.
Today, the automaker is moving forward with the series’ second major release, the flagship Tiggo 9 PHEV. Following this launch, the final model remaining from the lineup will be the compact Tiggo 7 PHEV, which is set to arrive later this year.
