Hyundai Palisade Coming to Pakistan, Booking Date Announced

Hyundai Nishat Motors is set to begin local production of the Hyundai Palisade in Pakistan, marking a major milestone for the country’s auto industry. With this development, Pakistan becomes the first country after Hyundai Motor Company’s home base in Korea to manufacture the CKD (Completely Knocked Down) version of the Hyundai Palisade, positioning the nation on the global automotive map.

The decision to locally assemble the Hyundai Palisade reflects strong confidence in Pakistan’s manufacturing capabilities and signals Hyundai’s long-term commitment to the market. Industry observers say the move will elevate local production standards and strengthen the premium SUV segment in the country.

Globally recognised for its luxury appeal, the Hyundai Palisade is a 7-seater flagship SUV known for spacious comfort, premium Nappa leather interior, dual sunroof, ambient lighting, and advanced infotainment features.

The SUV also comes equipped with a 2.5L Turbo Hybrid powertrain, combining performance with improved fuel efficiency, along with advanced driver-assistance and safety technologies.

M Mumtaz Ahmed, GM Sales & Marketing at Hyundai Nishat Motors, called the local production of the Hyundai Palisade a proud moment for Pakistan’s automotive industry.

He said becoming the first country after Korea to produce the CKD Hyundai Palisade demonstrates Pakistan’s growing engineering strength and manufacturing excellence.

Bookings for the all-new Hyundai Palisade will open in March 2026, with vehicle display scheduled for June 2026 and customer deliveries beginning in August 2026.
