Hyundai Redefines Family Transport With a High-Tech Electric Van
Hyundai has introduced the Hyundai Staria Electric, entering the electric family van market with a bold vision.
The new electric MPV debuted at the Brussels Motor Show. As a result, it quickly gained attention for its futuristic design and everyday practicality.
The Hyundai Staria Electric retains Hyundai’s signature one-curve body shape. However, it replaces the traditional grille with a sleek full-width LED light bar.
This change improves aerodynamics and adds a modern look. Moreover, large windows and a flat floor create a bright, open cabin. Because of this, the Hyundai Staria Electric suits families and passenger transport services alike.
Two versions will be available. The lineup includes a seven-seat Luxury model and a nine-seat Wagon. The Luxury trim offers heated and ventilated second-row seats.
Meanwhile, the Wagon version focuses on flexibility with sliding seats and generous cargo space.
Power comes from an 84 kWh battery. It delivers a driving range of up to 400 km under WLTP testing. In addition, the 800V charging system allows fast charging from 10 to 80 percent in about 20 minutes.
