LAHORE – Omoda & Jaecoo Nishat recently hosted an exclusive delivery ceremony at the Royal Palm Golf & Country Club to mark the handover of 100 Jaecoo J7 SHS PHEVs to their new owners, impressing the entire automotive industry.

The event, which followed the successful commencement of local production at the Faisalabad plant, highlighted the brand’s focus on streamlining its delivery timelines. 

By fulfilling these orders ahead of schedule, Nishat Group aims to set a new standard for operational reliability in the Pakistani market, where delivery delays have traditionally been a concern for consumers.

The Jaecoo J7 SHS (Super Hybrid System) represents a strategic shift toward plug-in hybrid technology in Pakistan. The ceremony was more than just a logistical milestone; it served as a platform to showcase the growing consumer shift toward sustainable, tech-driven mobility.

Key Highlights of the Jaecoo J7 SHS PHEV:

  • Powertrain: 1.5L Turbocharged Petrol Engine; Electric Motor of 150 kW, and 18.3 kWh battery
  • Efficiency: A combined WLTP range of 1,200+ km and an all-electric range of approximately 90 km, catering to both urban commutes and long-distance travel.
  • Technology: Features a 14.8-inch vertical infotainment display, Sony 8-speaker sound system, and a comprehensive ADAS safety suite.
