ALEKTRA, this brand has finally fulfilled the dream of many motorists of bringing an EV that the masses can afford. Yes, this new brand has brought a tiny EV that costs only Rs. 10.45 lacs.
You might be surprised by how cheap it is, and remember that it’s a brand-new option with 2 years of motor and battery warranty.
Technically, it’s a quadricycle, which is smaller than an A-segment car like Alto, but it offers all those things that you can expect from a basic four-wheeler. For example, four seats, four wheels, a closed cabin, air-conditioning with cooling and heating, a music player with Bluetooth support, and it gets you from point A to B.
Digging deeper, we came to know that ALEKTRA doesn’t manufacture these vehicles itself. Instead, they white-label a Chinese-made car, which is typically sold via Alibaba. ALEKTRA then adds its own badge and brings the vehicle to Pakistan, with official support, sales, and warranty coverage.
