KIA Pakistan Launches 18-Month Shariah-Compliant Easy Installment Plan for Hybrid SUVs

Kia Pakistan has introduced 18-month Shariah-compliant EMI plans for its hybrid SUVs to keep demand steady amid high vehicle prices and elevated bank rates.

The company is offering the plans through internal financing to make premium hybrids more accessible.

Under the offer, buyers can purchase the Kia Sportage L HEV with a 50 percent down payment of PKR 5.65 million. Monthly installments are around PKR 330,000 for 18 months.

The Kia Sorento HEV (1.6L FWD) requires an upfront payment of approximately PKR 7.65 million, with monthly payments close to PKR 453,000.

Market experts say Kia’s move reflects a broader shift in Pakistan’s auto sector.

Manufacturers are increasingly relying on Shariah-compliant internal financing to support sales of high-priced hybrid vehicles as conventional auto loans remain costly.
