Multan–Vehari Road Is Getting a Major Upgrade
The 93.5km Multan–Vehari Road dualization has officially started under the CM Punjab Roads Restoration Program.
The project will improve safety, reduce congestion, and enhance connectivity for over 24,000 vehicles traveling daily between the two cities.
Officials from the Communication and Works Department said the project will add dual lanes, upgrade road surfaces, and install modern safety features.
This effort strengthens South Punjab’s infrastructure and supports faster, safer travel.
Construction crews have started earthwork and pavement preparation. Officials are focusing on quality and timely completion.
