Travel to 50+ UK Cities Easier with PIA’s New Train Ticket Booking Option

Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has launched a new “air-to-rail” service that allows passengers traveling to London and Manchester to book train tickets to over 50 destinations across the UK in one seamless transaction.

This initiative, made possible through a partnership with AccesRail, aims to simplify onward travel by combining flight and train bookings.

Passengers can now add rail segments to their journey when booking flights via PIA’s booking offices, travel agents, website, and mobile app. The integrated service eliminates the hassle of arranging train travel separately, enhancing convenience for travelers.

In addition to the UK, PIA’s partnership with AccesRail extends to Canada, enabling passengers arriving in Toronto to connect by rail to eight major Canadian cities. AccesRail acts as a rail distribution platform, working with various operators like BritRail and European rail networks, facilitating ticket sales, schedule integration, and e-ticketing through airline booking systems.
