Punjab Traffic Police Fines Lamborghini Owner Rs. 28,000
Faisalabad traffic police issued a Rs. 28,000 fine to the owner of a Lamborghini Revuelto worth nearly Rs. 68 crore, reinforcing that traffic laws apply to all, regardless of a vehicle’s price.
Officials said two Lamborghinis were spotted violating traffic rules: a purple Lamborghini Revuelto and a red Lamborghini Aventador. Both had illegal tinted windows, flashlights, and customized number plates, all against regulations.
The vehicles belong to the Pasban Group and are often seen together on city roads, attracting public attention for their flashy design. Despite their high value, traffic authorities emphasized that no vehicle or owner is above the law under the City Traffic Police’s “No Exceptions” policy.
The incident sparked debate on social media, with many noting the disparity between the cars’ multi-crore value and the relatively small fine. Critics questioned if current penalties are enough to deter violations by ultra-luxury vehicle owners.
