Punjab Traffic Police Issue 76,475 Challans in 48 Hours

76,475 challans in Punjab were issued over the last 48 hours as the Punjab Traffic Police continued its strict action against motorists ignoring traffic rules.

According to officials, the campaign focuses on implementing one law across the province and ensuring smoother traffic flow.

The data from the last 48 hours shows 27.67 million vehicles checked, 7.20 million monitored closely, and over 1.04 million observed for violations.

Authorities said the crackdown will continue, urging citizens to follow basic traffic rules for their own safety.

The Punjab government, under the leadership of Maryam Nawaz, has directed law-enforcement units to maintain strict monitoring on all major routes.
