Sazgar Motors Sees 20% Drop in Sales in November

SAZEW reported sales of 1,109 units in November 2025, down 20% month-on-month, while showing a strong 90% increase year-on-year.

The SAZEW numbers pushed total sales for 5MFY26 to 6,045 units, compared to 4,191 units in the same period last year, marking a 44% rise.

Production, however, moved in the opposite direction. The company produced 1,357 units in November, reflecting a 9% increase month-on-month, which is noticeably higher than sales.

Dealers said customers are delaying delivery receipts to January 2026 to benefit from new-year registration. The gap between production and sales supports this trend, as many buyers held back deliveries in both November and December, a pattern seen in previous years as well.
