The Chinese have built a Bugatti Chiron rip-off

Chinese vacuum maker Dreame Technology plans to enter the automotive space. The company has released digital renders of their first electric car, which looks like a blatant copy of the Bugatti Chiron.

The renderings showcase a front end reminiscent of the Chiron. It even has the Bugatti horseshoe grille. The curved roofline, along with the brand’s signature C-line, has been copied as well.

Unlike the Chiron, Dreame’s first EV is more practical, as it has four doors. The rear fascia has a unique design and features an LED light bar and a large diffuser. The central spine over the rear decklid, though, looks exactly like that on the Chiron.

Dreame hasn’t shared technical details of their upcoming EV. However, reports suggest that the company plans to showcase the first prototype at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas.
