The landscape of the Pakistani automotive industry is shifting rapidly toward an electric future. Leading this charge is Tesla Energy Pakistan, which recently unveiled the Xpeng G6, a vehicle many are already calling “Pakistan’s Tesla” due to its striking resemblance to the Tesla Model Y.

First showcased at the PakWheels New Wheel Expo in December 2025, the Xpeng G6 is a compact crossover designed to prove that Chinese electric vehicles (EVs) are currently leading the global electric revolution.

One of its most impressive features is the 5C Level Charging. This technology allows the car to juice up for over 400 km of range in just 12 minutes, effectively eliminating “range anxiety” for long highway trips between cities like Lahore and Islamabad.

The G6 features a sleek, coupe-style SUV silhouette with several premium design elements:

  • Materials: High-quality Nappa leather and Alcantara-type materials throughout the cabin.
  • Acoustics: Double-layered glass ensures superior soundproofing for a silent driving experience.

X-Pilot: The Brain of the G6

The Xpeng G6 is packed with advanced technology under the X-Pilot (ADAS) and X-Guard systems.

Cameras and Sensors 10 cameras and 12 sensors provide a 360-degree (and 540-degree clear chassis) view.
Driving Assist Level 1 ADAS including lane centering, auto lane change, and emergency braking.
Parking Tech Remote parking allows you to move the car in and out of tight spots using the key.

Safety and Utility

Safety is a priority, with the G6 boasting a 5-star safety rating. It is equipped with 7 airbags, including a unique airbag located between the center seats to prevent passenger-to-passenger impact.

Additionally, the car supports Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) technology. This allows you to use the car as a giant battery bank to power home appliances during an outage.

Pricing in Pakistan

The introductory price for the top-of-the-line AWD variant is 1 Crore 85 Lakh PKR. As this is an “early bird” price, it is expected to increase soon.
