December Auto Discounts: Massive Price Cuts and EMI Offers Across Major Brands - Carr.pk

Think back to the start of 2025. It has been a non-stop race, with 47 new car launches, unveils, and facelifts. It’s been one of the most competitive years, and brands aren’t ready to slow down just yet.

In fact, the battle is heating up. To finish the year strong, car makers are rolling out some serious offers to get your attention, from big price drops, special offers to special EMI plans.

We’ve gathered all the year-end deals from the first two weeks of December below. But keep your eyes open: with competition this tough, we expect even more surprises before the clock strikes midnight on December 31st.

Toyota’s Historic Drop

The month started with a massive statement from Toyota on December 2nd. Celebrating 35 years of operations, they launched a campaign called “Built to be Unbeatable,”.

Toyota announced a historic price reduction specifically for the Fortuner G and V variants. If you have been eyeing this SUV, the timing couldn’t be better. The price of the Fortuner G was slashed by Rs. 2.5 million, bringing it down to Rs. 12.43 million. The Fortuner V saw almost similar cuts, dropping to Rs. 14.93 million.

Hyundai Offers

Just a day later, on December 3rd, Hyundai Nishat Motors answered back. They focused on Santa Fe Hybrid and introduced a mix of cash discounts and EMI plans to tempt buyers.

If you are paying cash, you can save Rs. 1.1 million on the Signature AWD variant or Rs. 800,000 on the Smart FWD. But for those looking for installments, they rolled out 12, 18, and 24-month options with a 45% down payment.

Hyundai didn’t stop there. On December 4th, they turned their attention to the Elantra Hybrid. Valid until the end of the year, this offer gives cash buyers free registration and discounts up to Rs. 150,000. Finance buyers got flexibility too, with 12 or 18-month plans available on a 40-50% down payment.

Later in the week, on December 8th, Hyundai expanded these EMI offers to the Sonata 2.5 and Tucson Hybrid. Both models now come with 18-month installment plans requiring a 50% down payment, making these premium vehicles roughly Rs. 3.3 to 3.4 lacs a month on EMI.

MG’s Entry in the Competition

Knowing the competition was fierce, MG teamed up with a banking partner to offer specific EMI plans for the MG HS PHEV.

They kept it simple but effective: 18 or 24-month plans. With a down payment of roughly Rs. 4.89 million, you can drive the car home. The monthly payments are set at roughly Rs. 2.77 lacs for the shorter plan or Rs. 2.08 lacs if you stretch it to two years.

Changan’s Oshan X7 and Alsvin Price Cuts

As we moved into the second week, Changan made its move. On December 8th, they launched a campaign for the Oshan X7 that combines price cuts with peace of mind.

If you finance through their partner banks, the benefits are significant. Dropping the FutureSense 5-seat model to Rs. 8.89 million from Rs. 9.1 million, along with cuts on the 7-seater variant as well. Read the blog for more details.

The very next day, on December 9th, Changan followed up with a year-end clearance for their sedan, the Alsvin. This offer, valid specifically until the end of 2024, is great for bank buyers. The Alsvin MT Comfort saw a price drop of Rs. 200,000, bringing it under the 4 million mark to Rs. 3.98 million. The Lumiere variants also saw cuts of Rs. 150,000.
