Atlas Honda Net Profit Jumps 43% in Nine Months - Carr.pk

Atlas Honda Limited (PSX: ATLH) reported a net profit of Rs15.25 billion for the nine months ended December 31, 2025, up 43.2% from Rs10.65 billion in the same period last year.

Earnings per share (EPS) rose to Rs122.73 from Rs85.84, showing a strong recovery in profitability.

The company’s net sales surged 35.2% to Rs198.57 billion, driven by robust demand in the two-wheeler segment and favorable market conditions. Despite a 30.4% rise in cost of sales to Rs173.29 billion, gross profit jumped 80.5% to Rs25.29 billion, reflecting efficient production and pricing strategies.

Operating expenses increased, with sales and marketing costs rising 26.1% to Rs3.58 billion and administrative expenses up 24.2% to Rs993 million.

Other operating expenses also climbed 86.5% to Rs1.24 billion, partially offsetting gains, while other income fell 27.8% to Rs5.32 billion.

The company recorded a 31.5% increase in share of profit from associates to Rs54.46 million. Operating profit rose 45.1% to Rs24.86 billion, and after finance costs of Rs116.68 million, profit before tax stood at Rs24.74 billion, up 45.2%.

After accounting for income tax of Rs9.47 billion, Atlas Honda closed the period with a net profit of Rs15.25 billion. The company’s performance was supported by strong topline growth, significant gross profit improvement, and contributions from associates, despite higher operating expenses and lower other income.
