Free Rides Announced for Basant Celebrations in Lahore

Officials said the plan includes 5 hundred buses, 6 thousand rickshaws, and 60 thousand cab rides to reduce traffic congestion and encourage people to avoid motorcycles, which have historically caused accidents during Basant.
