Islamabad Launches Registration App for Yango, Bykea, InDrive and Their Drivers
The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Islamabad has issued an official tweet announcing that all ride-hailing service drivers, including Bykea, InDrive, Yango, and online taxis, must complete online registration through the City Islamabad app.
The DC emphasized that the online registration system is mandatory to operate vehicles legally in Islamabad and to ensure safe travel for passengers.
Drivers will receive a QR code upon successful submission, which must be displayed on vehicles—on the front screen for cars and petrol tank or helmet for motorcycles.
